Service of Process
Thank you for taking the time to visit Jackson Civil Process’ Website. Our team takes great pride in providing your court service needs. Please take just a moment to view all of the services we offer.
We offer three levels of service to suit your needs and deadlines:
Standard Service
Up to three attempts are made on your court document(s) over the course of 10 to 14 days. Hours of attempt will vary to maximize the potential of your documents being served proficiently.
Rush Service
The first attempt serving your court document(s) is made within 48 hours of receipt. After the initial attempt, 2 additional attempts are made over the next 5 days. All attempts are documented.
Priority Service
The first attempt serving your court document(s) is made on the day of receipt. After the initial attempt, 2 additional attempts are made over the next 3 days. All attempts are documented.
Once the process service is completed, you will receive a notarized affidavit for service or non-service. We notarize the affidavit at no charge and then upload the document to your online account. The document(s) is also mailed within 24 to 48 hours of completion.
Most all cases are served by these types of service, however some defendant/witnesses do attempt to evade service. We have other options available to serve these individuals and will work with you directly to get these individuals SERVED. If we are unable to serve your case on the 3rd attempt, we will contact you and discuss how you would like to proceed.
You may or may not need a process server routinely or this may be your first time using a process server; going above and beyond your expectations of a process serving firm is our objective and we stand behind that, on every deadline.
